Refund Policy

Cancellation:- Customers are eligible to request a cancellation of their service only if we fail to deliver the promised service within 15 days of the billing date. To initiate a cancellation, customers must submit a written request through our designated cancellation channels, including email or support ticket system. We kindly ask customers to provide all necessary details and account information for a smooth cancellation process. 

Refund:- Refunds will be granted solely on the basis of service delivery failure within 15 days of billing. If our team fails to deliver the service within the specified timeframe, customers may request a refund. We will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair consideration. Please note that any refund issued will be processed using the original payment method used during the initial purchase. 

Once server is delivered to you we won't do any refund to any clients.

Discounts won't be given for services that are charged month to month or for one-time administration expenses, for example domain registration & business email accounts.

Domain publication registration/transfer, domain auspices, site builder, setup fees, activation and reactivation fees, license fees, improve/downgrade/migration fees, additionally set occurring services and premium portion services are not refundable. Any demand to redeem special or within make a purchase of optional services way to be redeemed at the the same era of the package begin date or the improve date of the applicable auxiliary package or the right to such special or easy to get to services will be waived. Example of such services beautify, but are not limited to, wandering domain registration, SSL, static IP, domain ID protection.

Climax Hosting Data Centers will not refund for your hosting service upon receipt of a formal request for cancellation through our contact form. The following services are expressly excluded from the refunds. Closure of your account does not automatically or necessarily entitle you to a no refund of any fees due or paid:

• Domain registration, transfer, and ID protection;
• Private SSL; All service fees in section 12 as defined herein;
• Additional static IPs;
• Additional site builder licenses;
• Any mailing servers. We do not refunds any single amount for bulk mailing servers.
• Licensed products purchased through Climax Hosting Data Centers.
